In this Program, participants will be taken step-by-step through techniques that will allow them to incorporate meditation into their daily life, and experience its many benefits in and out of the workplace. Participants will learn how to: reduce tension and stress; feel happier and more relaxed; and, improve their health, mental clarity and focus. Participants will also be introduced to the foundations of a meditation practice and techniques for paying attention to present moment experiences, which helps participants to build a better foundation for communication and relationships (both personal and professional).

participants will be introduced to the foundations of Mindfulness practice and techniques that can gently encourage everyday actions that nourish and grow attention, empathy and self-care with your kids.
In an uncertain and busy world, children and parents need to learn how to develop harmony, confidence and methods to help calm their minds.

Learn to develop the fundamental skills for meditation and acquire skills to cope with stress in and out of the classroom. Throughout this course, teachers will explore and learn several different meditation techniques. Participants will be asked and encouraged to maintain a daily meditation practice for the duration of the course. Developing their own practice will give participants the experiential foundation to change themselves and impact their lives and their classroom(s).
The meditation practices that we will focus on do not require any religious interpretations or commitments. Each class will have at least two periods of meditation. Learning how to meditate inspires a teacher’s desire to reconnect and refuel!
